Parts clerk.

Mercedes-Benz de Boucherville is looking for a Parts Clerk to join its dynamic team.

In the performance of your duties, you will:

• Welcome, assist and advise clients;
• Sell parts at the counter, over the phone, or at the repair shop;
• Provide customers with parts and perform invoicing;
• Place, maintain and manage items (stocks) in the inventory;
• Place specific orders;
• Prepare the items for delivery making sure to attach all the necessary documents;
• Receive goods;
• Check items returned by customers.

The skills required for the position are as follows:

- Automotive experience;
- Concern for outstanding and distinguished customer service;
- Versatility, punctuality, professionalism and courtesy;
- Basic knowledge of mechanics.
